Mike Walls began his racing career at age 17 at the end of the 1998 racing season.  He ran 4 races in his uncle Richard's back-up car.  This introduction gave him the confidence necessary to compete for the rookie of the year award in 1999 in his own car.   He has lead several races and was one turn away from his first win.  After a solid finish to 2003, Mike is optimistic about picking up his first career win in 2006!
