Tracy got started in racing at 16 years of age. He started out by helping on his brother's car for 2 years before finally getting his own. He captured the rookie of the year honors in 2000 at Path Valley speedway with a series of solid performances. Tracy has formed a strong alliance with Walls Racing for the 2003 season and should be a strong contender on a weekly basis.
